With over 20 years of experience across leading financial institutions and consulting firms in Australia, Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Thailand and Taiwan, I bring deep expertise in Enterprise Operational Risk Implementation and Management, Governance and Regulatory Compliance Assurance.

Over the past decade, I have specialised in Enterprise Operational Risk Implementation and Management, with proven success in project managing and implementing bank-wide risk management solutions for two major Malaysian banks and one Singaporean bank. My experience also spans Governance (4 years) and Regulatory Compliance Assurance (7 years), enabling me to bridge strategic oversight with practical, technology-enabled solutions.

In addition, to my technical and project delivery expertise, I have spent the last 12 years in leadership, transformation, and strategic management roles, where I have driven business improvements, built high-performing teams and championed people development initiatives. My passion for education and professional growth is also reflected in my experience lecturing ACCA and A-Level subjects, helping shape the next generation proferssionals.
My Story
I didn't set out to build a business. I set out to create honest partnership, grounded advice and real support for individuals and organisations going through change, growth and everything in between. Over the years, I have worked across different roles, teams, challenges - from moments of growth to times of challenges and uncertainty.
