My Story!

I set up Hatchlings Sdn Bhd to provide services in the form of partnership, support and advisory for individuals and organisations navigating through change, growth or challenges in the areas of career, leadership, risk or compliance management. 

 

With over 20 years of experiences across leading financial institutions and consulting firms in Australia, Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Thailand and Taiwan, and have worked across different roles, teams and my share of challenges, I understand the importance of having someone to walk alongside me during my career journey. This someone is the one you bounce your ideas with, brainstorming solutions, sharing difficult decisions/challenges while juggling with personal and financial commitments. ​

Over the past decade, I have successfully implemented and project managed Enterprise-Wide Operational Risk Management framework, measurement tools and systems for 2 Malaysian banks and 1 Singaporean bank. I have worked alongside business units in understanding their challenges and worked together to implement solutions. At the Compliance front, I successfully supported the establishment of a new Compliance department and Regulatory Compliance Assurance program while building a high-performing team covering Compliance Risk Assessments and up to 300+ Compliance Reviews with 2 Malaysian banks.

My passion for education and professional growth is further reflected in my experience in lecturing ACCA and A-Level subjects, helping shape the next generation professionals.

Today, I work with individuals, teams and organisations navigating their risk and compliance journey, career crossroads, team challenges, or simply wanting to grow personally and professionally.
