With 20+ years of experience in financial institutions and consulting firms in Australia, Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Thailand and Taiwan. specialising in Enterprise Operational Risk Management (10 years). Governance (4 years) and Regulatory Compliance Assurance (7 years). I have project managed and implemented bank-wide Operational Risk Management Solutions for 2 Malaysian banks and 1 Singapore bank, in addition, I've held roles in leadership, transformation, strategy, people development and team management in the last 12 years including lecturing ACCA and A-Level subjects.
My Story
I didn't set out to build a business. I set out to create honest partnership, grounded advice and real support for individuals and organisations going through change, growth and everything in between. Over the years, I have worked across different roles, teams, challenges - from moments of growth to times of challenges and uncertainty. One thing has always been clear: people don't need perfect plans. They need someone to walk alongside them. Someone who listens, understand the messiness and helps make sense of the next step.
